We partner with EPS to offer taxpayer bank products to our clients. Refund Advance Loans are offered from the start of each tax season until the end of February. Fee from Refund Services are offered from the start of each tax season until the end of the extended tax season, typically October 15th. As of late 2025, the IRS will begin phasing out paper checks for tax refunds. However, with EPS bank products you can still receive a paper check tax refund in our office on the same day your electronic refund is issued.

When a taxpayer’s tax returns will not be filed by the filing deadline, the taxpayer should request an extension or engage our assistance with one. Taxpayers should also make federal and state extension payments so they will not owe on the tax return once filed. An extension of time to file is not an extension of time to pay! (In most tax years the deadline to request an extension and make extension payments is April 15th.)

As of 1/1/2025 our minimum fee for tax return preparation is $99. Fees are due at the time we file prepare your return. See our FAQ on fees for additional information.

We cannot file a tax return or request an extension until the taxpayer(s) has signed the tax return or the extension request. Tax returns cannot be signed until the tax return is complete and ready to be filed. Tax returns and extension requests can be signed electronically using the MyTaxOffice mobile application.
