TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE CLIENT PORTAL

(1) Do not use the client portal until AFTER you have a confirmed appointment for the current tax season. You can make an appointment online or by calling the office. If you are out of the area we will call you for your appointment. Documents uploaded to the portal will be ignored if you do NOT already have a confirmed appointment. Please understand that by early March our calendar is typically fully booked through April 15th which is the deadline to pay your taxes. You have three years to file a tax return when a refund is due! You can make an extension payment to be certain you will be due a refund.

(2) We only support the .pdf, .jpg and .txt file types. If we are not able to open a supported file, we will notify you. We will delete any unsupported files. We will not notify you if we delete an unsupported file(s). Unsupported file types are a security risk. If you are taking a picture or scanning a document to send to us your pixel size should be at least 850×1100 to ensure we can print a clear copy of the document.

(3) Each time you upload a file, or a set of files, send us a message in the portal indicating your name, the last four of the primary taxpayer SSN, your phone number, and the count(number) of the files you just uploaded.
