MyTaxOffice
MyTaxOffice (MTO) is a mobile application that allows you to access the tax returns we prepare for you on a mobile device. Additionally, you are able to check the status of a return and even send us secure messages. Next tax season you can use MTO to upload tax documents to us, review your return, and even sign it.

SOME TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MTO
(1) For each new tax year, you must make an appointment to have your taxes prepared. If you are out of the area we will call you for your appointment. You can make an appointment online or by calling the office. Documents uploaded to MTO will be ignored if you do NOT have a confirmed appointment. Please understand that by early March our calendar is typically fully booked through April 15th which is the deadline to pay your taxes. You have three years to file a tax return when a refund is due! You can make an extension payment to be certain you will be due a refund.
(2) We only support the .pdf, .jpg and .txt file types. If we are not able to open a supported file, we will notify you. We will delete any unsupported files. We will not notify you if we delete an unsupported file(s). Unsupported file types are a security risk. If you are taking a picture or scanning a document to send to us your pixel size should be at least 850×1100 to ensure we can print a clear copy of the document.
