Client Portal
(1) Do not use the client portal until AFTER you have a confirmed appointment for the current tax season. You can make an appointment online or by calling the office. Documents uploaded to the portal will be ignored if you do NOT already have a confirmed appointment.
(2) We only support the .pdf, .jpg and .txt file types. If we are not able to open a supported file, we will notify you. We will delete any unsupported files. We will not notify you if we delete an unsupported file(s). Unsupported file types are a security risk.
(3) Each time you upload a file, or a set of files, send us a message in the portal indicating your name, the last four of the primary taxpayer SSN, your phone number, and the count(number) of files you just uploaded.
Do not use the client portal site if you do NOT consent to these terms and conditions.
